Cancellation & Refund Policy

At 24TravelCompany, we understand that travel plans and cab requirements may change due to personal, professional, or unforeseen circumstances. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations are accepted and refunds are processed, keeping in mind commitments made to hotels, transport operators, and other service providers.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via registered email, WhatsApp, or official contact channels mentioned on our website
  • Cancellation charges depend on the type of service booked (tour package, cab service, hotel booking, or combined services)
  • Certain services such as peak-season bookings, special event travel, hotel reservations with strict policies, permits, or flight-related services may be partially refundable or non-refundable
  • The applicable cancellation amount will be communicated at the time of booking or confirmation
  • Once the booking is confirmed, the booking amount or advance paid shall be strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cab Booking Cancellations

  • Same-day cab cancellations may attract cancellation charges
  • No refund may be applicable if the cab has already been dispatched or driver details have been shared
  • Waiting charges or minimum usage charges may apply in specific cases

Refund Eligibility & Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of cancellation approval
  • Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment only
  • Payment gateway charges, bank fees, taxes, or third-party service charges are non-refundable

No-Show, Early Departure & Unused Services

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows, unused services, or early termination of travel
  • Partial utilization of services does not qualify for partial refunds unless explicitly agreed in writing
