Payment Terms & Conditions

  • An advance payment may be required to initiate or confirm any booking
  • Full payment must be completed prior to the commencement of travel or cab service unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Prices are confirmed only after successful payment and availability confirmation

Payment Security

All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways. 24TravelCompany does not store, access, or retain sensitive card or UPI information.

Failed, Delayed, or Duplicate Transactions

  • In case of a failed or delayed transaction, customers are advised to check with their bank or payment provider
  • Any amount debited but not credited will be refunded as per bank or payment gateway timelines
  • Duplicate payments, if identified and approved, will be refunded after verification
