Booking Confirmation Policy
This policy explains how bookings are confirmed and how confirmation details are communicated to customers.
Booking Confirmation Process
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and successful availability confirmation
- Confirmation details are shared via email and/or WhatsApp, including itinerary, cab details, or service vouchers where applicable
- Upon booking confirmation, the booking amount paid is treated as non-refundable.
Confirmation Timelines
- Cab bookings: Confirmation is usually provided immediately or within a few hours of payment
- Tour packages and hotel bookings: Confirmation is shared within 24–48 working hours after payment confirmation
Customer Responsibility
Customers are advised to carefully review all confirmation details upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately for resolution.
Modifications & Amendments
- Any modification requests after confirmation are subject to availability and may involve additional charges
- Changes requested after service commencement may not be accommodated
Limitation of Responsibility
Failure to verify booking details in a timely manner may limit our ability to make corrections, and 24TravelCompany shall not be held responsible for such issues.
